On Saturday nights during the summer, whip up some adult beverages in your kitchen and enjoy the fireworks viewable from your own balcony. Laundry Facilities, Ice Machines, Vending Machines, Gym, Business Center and updated play center are located in the building.

The unit is located on the south end of the building and has wonderful views of the ocean and beach from the front and side. It has a separate bedroom with a king size bed and wall-mounted TV. The main living area has a full size sleeper sofa and a full size murphy-bed, providing plenty of sleeping areas. The separate kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and appliances, ready for you to create special dinners and wonderful drinks. Small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, mini-chopper, hand-mixer, and blender.

Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys are provided for your beach side adventures. The surrounding area has restaurants, shopping and experiences to round out your vacation. Also, Disney, Universal Studios and Orlando are only an hour away.
